Moon Festival Play Date = Lots of Fun!
By Michelle F - posted September 18, 2011
We had a great deal of fun this Saturday! We told our version of the legend of the Moon Festival, using hand-drawn paper puppets in our handmade puppet theater. The children made lanterns to commemorate the holiday, and we sampled mooncakes and Chinese fruits together. Everything closed off with a cheerful group photo and small souvenir booklets of the Moon Festival story for all the kids. As usual, we will upload materials and photos from the playgroup.

This playgroup also marked the debut of our new MIT China Care T-shirts. Go MIT China Care!
